Shipping & Delivery Policy

* Local Delivery (Lebanon)

We offer free delivery across all regions in Lebanon for orders above $120.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Any order placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

The standard delivery fee is $5 across Lebanon, subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations.

Deliveries are carried out between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Customers may coordinate and select a preferred delivery time directly with our delivery service.

Beirut & Suburbs: Delivery within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends)
Outside Beirut: Delivery within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends)

During sale periods or promotional campaigns, delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes. However, we guarantee full mobilization of our team to ensure timely delivery.

For in-store delivery, orders usually arrive within 24 hours from the order date, outside sale periods.

* International Shipping & Customs Policy

International orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days, depending on the destination. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

International shipping is calculated at a flat rate for up to two (2) items. For any additional items, extra charges will apply based on weight and destination.

Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We are unable to estimate these charges in advance and cannot be held responsible for them.

Please note: These charges are standard for international shipments and are requested by the carrier at the time of delivery, as clearly stated in our shipping policy.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes upon arrival and the shipment is returned, the customer will be charged for:

Return shipping fees
Any customs duties and clearance fees incurred in the destination country
Any customs duties and clearance fees incurred upon re-entry into Lebanon

All abandonment fees, return shipping, and customs charges will be deducted from the order total. If these charges exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

Please note: For international orders, we strongly advise against refusing or abandoning the shipment due to the high shipping and customs costs involved.
