Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Service
You can return and exchange an online purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items from the Outlet can be exchanged with Outlet items only and exclusively in the online store and aren't subject to credit vouchers. You can do it free of charge in all our stores. You can also use our delivery service to return your purchase. The return delivery fees will be borne by you, unless the return is due to an error from our side. These return delivery fees will vary following the area of residence and will be starting $4 for Beirut.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do provide the option to exchange items under specific conditions. For detailed information on our exchange policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

For our alteration service, please visit our stores within 30 days of your purchase. Our team members will be delighted to assist you.
Our alterations are free of charge for non discounted items of the current season. Starting 50% Discount, a fee will be determined according to the alteration.
