Terms of Sale

(a) By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms of sale: In order to contract with www.vanessabruno-lb.com.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. www.vanessabruno-lb.com retains the right to refuse any order made by you.

(b) Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being ordered to any one customer.

(c) Products offered for sale on the Site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The information provided on the product data sheet includes the essential characteristics of products (color, description, composition and sizes).

(d) Please bear in mind that the color of the products displayed on the Site may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Site.

(e) We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on the Site but stock levels are subject to change without notification.

Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed by Us. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Customer Service of MoDistribution will be at your disposal for all questions relating to the availability of products on the Site.

 

Account Registration

You may browse the Site without registering for an account. You may be required to register for an account to use certain features of the Site. Your account username may not include the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or be offensive, vulgar or obscene. Your account username and password are personal to you. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and for all activities (including purchases) that are conducted through your account. You may not transfer, or sell access to, your account. We will not be liable for any harm related to disclosure of your username or password or the use by anyone else of your username or password. You may not use another user's account without that user's permission. You will immediately notify us in writing if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or other account-related security breach. We may require you to change your username and/or password if we believe your account is no longer secure or if we receive a complaint that your username violates someone else's rights. However, We will not be liable for any harm related thereto. You will have no ownership in your account or your username. We may refuse registration, cancel an account or deny access to the Site for any reason at our sole discretion.

 

Acceptance of Your Order 

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the products which you ordered are being processed. You can cancel an item, change the size or even edit the billing or shipping details prior to our confirmation by us of your order. However, once the order has been placed, we will not be able to add items to an existing order or amend it or cancel it.

Time of delivery of items may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from courier delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

 

(b) Pricing

Prices are listed in USD- american dollars and are inclusive of all taxes excluding shipping and delivery costs. The lump sum payment for the costs of preparation, shipping and delivery is communicated to you in the order summary before the order is confirmed. Prices include the applicable Value added tax (VAT) on the date of the confirmation of the order. If there is a change in the VAT rate, this will be reflected in the price of the products.

Shipping and Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the product price; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. All prices advertised include VAT and are subject to changes by Us.

Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this Site are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase. 

 

(c) Payment

We accept payments upon delivery in cash, via Visa, MasterCard, or through a payment link.

 

 

Intellectual Property, Software And Content

The intellectual property rights in all software and content (including photographic images) made available to you on or through this site remain the property of www.vanessabruno-lb.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless such amendment, alteration, modification or waiver is approved in writing by the Parties.

 

Entire Agreement 

The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding agreements between you and www.vanessabruno-lb.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MoDistribution.
